Due to the nature of baby clothing, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at purecuddleco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Approved issues may be eligible for a replacement or store credit.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Pure Cuddle Co. reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.
